Jacob has worked in the masonry industry since 2000 taking a small break from the trades until his passion quickly brought him back to masonry. Jacob helps colleagues and customers alike reach their goals while organizing training programs for staff to enhance their skills and improve their job knowledge while resolving technical challenges to ensure operations runs smoothly. Jacob is passionate about obtaining the best product to give our customers the maximum value.

Jacob’s love for his family and the outdoors occupies his time when the workday is through.

Joshua Wendling
Joshua WendlingProduction Manager

Josh strives to exceed customer expectations through leading our labor resources, health and safety compliance, and collaborating with our Project Managers to deliver projects on time.  Growing up in the state of Wyoming, Josh began his construction career working summers as a laborer for a home builder.  After graduating high school, he moved to Minnesota where he decided to start a career in masonry.  With the Great Recession of the late 2000’s, Josh took the opportunity to go to school and pursue a degree in Food Science.  10 years of working R&D in the food science industry couldn’t cure his passion for construction, where he now enjoys developing future members of the trade.  When he’s not working, Josh enjoys trying new food, growing hot peppers, and traveling.

Jeb Butkovich
Jeb ButkovichEstimator

Jeb is responsible for researching the cost of materials, labor, supplies, and equipment required for projects and detailed proposals. Once the contract has been awarded, he knows the importance of communicating those details and collaborating with project managers. He really enjoys creating, and strengthening, relationships with customers and suppliers.

Jeb  grew up in the upper peninsula of Michigan. He worked in masonry in the Twin Cities from 1999 to 2010. Jeb then worked for Canadian Pacific as a conductor and locomotive engineer from 2010 to 2019. Then, joined SJB Masonry in August of 2019.

Outside of work, Jeb spends time with family and friends, hunting, fishing, and pickleball.

Justin Hendrickson
Justin HendricksonProject Manager

Justin is responsible for the management and execution of projects. He works closely with superintendents and project managers, and he handles communication with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Justin makes it a personal goal to exceed expectations on every project and takes pride in building trusting and positive relationships with owners/clients, subs, and suppliers.

In his spare time, Justin enjoys spending time with family as well as the outdoors hunting and fishing.

Anna Bunn
Anna BunnProject Manager/Estimator

Anna is tasked with creating competitive bids for clients and upon award of a proposal, she also takes charge of the project – the schedule, budget, material procurement and communication with clients, vendors, and other contractors.

Anna graduated from Dunwoody College of Technology with a Construction Project Management degree in May of 2021 and joined the SJB team right after. She loves construction and really enjoys getting out in the field and seeing it all come together.

In her spare time Anna enjoys staying active, running in the summer, and snowboarding in the winter. She also likes to be with her family and friends and loves to travel and meet new people.

Scott Georges
Scott GeorgesProject Manager

Scott’s primary role is managing our residential projects.  He enjoys working with superintendents, project managers, vendors, and our employees to craft the ultimate customer experience!  Regardless of the project size, Scott understands the importance of collaboration, communication, and trust; which he feels are fundamental to a successful venture.  When he’s not working, Scott enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, hunting, fishing, and pickleball.

Elysa Lobbestael
Elysa LobbestaelOffice Administrator

Elysa takes care of AP, AR, Payroll, New Hires, and other administrative tasks. She joined the team in 2020 after working a year and a half as an accounting intern for Molin Concrete Products.

Outside of work, Elysa enjoys baking and being with her friends and family.

Marty Anderson
Marty AndersonBusiness Development Director

Marty oversees not only the direction of the business from sales and marketing efforts, but also internally overseeing all business processes for continuous improvement.

Marty has been with SJB since 2019, with over 30 years in the printing industry, Marty brings a depth of business knowledge and experience having worked for companies small and large.

Marty enjoys spending time with family and friends, travel and outdoor activities.

Mike Bunn
Mike BunnCEO

Mike’s ultimate focus is to drive the organization’s Vision and Strategy.  Mike joined SJB Masonry in 2020 after spending the past 10 years in precast manufacturing where he developed a passion for Continuous Improvement and LEAN operations.  In 2016 Mike received his B.S. in Business Management where he formalized his previous experience as a business owner.

Aside from spending quality time with family, Mike enjoys hiking, traveling, and outdoor activities.

Steve Bunn

As the founder of SJB in 2007, Steve started working SJB Masonry full time in 2011. Currently Steve works with the management team to help drive the company vision and core values. Steve started in the masonry construction with his father in 1999 as a labor and moved up the ladder to mason and on to a foreman. In starting the business Steve worked in all aspects of the business from job to the office and has enjoyed the journey all the way.

Steve enjoys spending time with his family and friends doing outdoor activities.
